We had the opportunity to completely rebuild the website for Affärstidningen Näringsliv, an independent and politically neutral magazine covering business and public sector developments across Sweden. Their previous website functioned more as an article archive, lacking the dynamic and engaging experience of a true digital magazine. Our goal was to transform their online presence into a fully functional and modern magazine that properly brings their print edition to the web.
A key part of this project was developing a custom ad system, which serves as the foundation of their business model. This system allows for seamless ad management, ensuring optimal placement and visibility for advertisers. Additionally, since Affärstidningen Näringsliv publishes entire issues in bulk, we created an automated front-page cycling system that continuously rotates articles to maintain fresh content and engagement.
To further enhance their reach, we integrated an automated social media publishing feature. This system ensures that newly published articles are shared daily on platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook, maximizing exposure and audience engagement. The result is a powerful and efficient digital magazine that not only elevates the publication’s online presence but also strengthens its business model.
